Ok la...Today's entry I made specially for my bff because lately, she gt a new spirit and mission...so, in order to support you my dear love I've write all the tips that I've gt so that it is easier for her to refer it back.. You all can follow this tips too
A simple and easy tips
1. Diet with an orange
The research from the American College of Nutrition have shown that gelatin found in the white layer of oranges can withstand hunger within 4 hours!!! Just imagine, you can just eat with an orange to fill your stomach..isn't it amazing???
2.Garlic as an agent to reduce weight
The experts were able to approve that garlic can help to reduce weight.Garlic also highly efficient in preventing high blood pressure, treat diabetes, and reduce the risk of heart attacks..

The secret of France's Diet
1.Throw all the junk food in your refrigerator...becuz it is so unhealthy dear..just leave only the healthy snacks such as cereal..
2.Eat all the fresh food..Avoid canned foods
3.Eat 3 important meals everyday...( Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner )
4.Yoghurt is good for our' s health..but don't select the one that have a sweet taste...you can add honey into your yoghurt if you want to
5.Drink a glass of plain water when you wake up..You also can add a lemon juice to the plain water...Lemon juice is also good for the skins
6.Drink milk and soup regularly
7.Don't rush when eating...Chew your food slowly...This can help you to feel full quickly even though you only take a small amount of food..
8.Jogs regularly..The most suitable time is a week before you have your period...The University of Halaide has prove this fact...This may be due to the boost of hormones at this stage and it needs a lot of energy ( this process is taken from fat )...

Tips yg senang dan simple
1.Diet dgn sebiji oren
Kajian dari American College Nutrition menunjukkan bahawa gelatin yg terdpt pd lapisan putih buah oren blh menahan lapar dlm ms 4 jam!!! Bayangkan la korg blh kenyang dgn hanya mkn sebiji oren je...menakjubkan bukan???
2.Bawang putih sebagai agen mengurangkan berat badan
Para pakar telah membuktikan bahawa bawang putih boleh kurangkan berat bdn. Bwg putih juga sgt berkesan dlm mencegah tekanan darah tinggi, merawat diabetes dan mengurangkan risiko serangan sakit jantung.

1,Buang semua mknn ringan dlm peti ais korg...sbb ianya sgt2 x berkhasiat syg2 sekalian...tinggalkan mknn ringan yg sihat sprti bijirin...
2.Mkn mknn yg segar...Elak mkn mknn bertin
3.Mkn 3 hidangan utama setiap hari ( Sarapan, Mkn tgh hari dan mkn mlm )
4.Yogurt baik utk kesihatan bdn kita..tp jgn pilih yg manis..korg blh tmbh madu dlm yoghurt tu klu korg nak
5.Minum air masak lepas bgn tidur..korg pn blh tmbh jus lemon dlm air masak tu..Jus lemon ni bgs utk kulit juga
6.Kerap minum susu dgn sup
7.Jgn gelojoh bila mkn...Kunyah mknn perlahan-lahan..Ini blh bantu korg rs kenyang dgn cepat wlupn korg hanya mkn mknn dgn jumlah yg sedikit...
8.Kerap berjogging...Masa yg plg sesuai utk jogging adalah smggu sblm korg dtg bulan...Fakta ini telah berjy dibuktikan oleh Universiti Halaide...Ini kerana akibat pemberansangan hormon pd tahap dan ianya memerlukan tenaga ( proses ini diambil oleh lemak )
